Camp De Benneville Pines
Angeles Oaks, CA
If you have been practicing yoga for a while, you may have heard teachers within the yoga community talk about taking your yoga off the mat. But what exactly does that mean?
Join Kristina Cotran and Kathy Bolte for a weekend in the pines this spring as we explore what it means to truly live our yoga off the mat.
Here's what the weekend will offer:
- Explore eight ways to take your yoga off the mat and into your life.
- Practice gentle, daily yoga.
- Engage in meaningful discussions.
- Enjoy healthy, organic meals.
- Journal.
- Sing.
- Play games.
- Make some art.
- Walk in nature.
- Create a document that will become your blue print for change.
We'll gather on Friday afternoon at 3pm and wrap up on Sunday at 2pm.
All inclusive cost is $375 ($350 if you register by March 1).
